Heath & Behaviour- The owner confirms that the pet is in good health and is up-to-date on vaccinations. The owner will inform the groomer of any known health or behavioural issues prior to grooming. *

Flea & Tick- Client will not knowingly bring live fleas, lice or ticks into the studio. If found during the grooming process, the owner will be notified. Further recommendations, including flea & tick treatment will be discussed. *

Fees & Payment- The owner agrees to pay for grooming fees as outlined by the groomer. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon. Late payments may be subject to additional charges. *

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy- The owner agrees to provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. The owner understands that a late arrival may result in rescheduling. Fees may apply for these reasons as well as for no-shows. *

Liability- The groomer is insured and will take necessary precautions to ensure the safety and well-being of the pet during the grooming process. The owner acknowledges grooming involves inherent risks, and the groomer is not liable for injury/illness. *

Matting- The owner understands that Matting can be detrimental to the pet's health and cause discomfort, pain or injury. Dematting with the appropriate tools and techniques will be attempted when feasible, otherwise the pet will be Shaved Short. *
